- Location Data:Your device's GPS coordinates when you make a service request, so we can connect you with nearby technicians.
- Service History: Records of services you have requested or provided.
- Payment Information: Transaction records and payment method details.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and improvement.
- Communications: Messages exchanged between customers and technicians through the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Wajed platform.
- Connect customers with qualified technicians in their area.
- Process payments and maintain transaction records.
- Send service-related notifications (order updates, technician arrival).
- Ensure platform safety and prevent fraud.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations under Moroccan law.
We process your data based on legitimate interest, contractual necessity, and your explicit consent where required, in alignment with GDPR principles and Moroccan data protection regulations (Law 09-08).
3. Data Sharing
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Technicians/Customers: We share necessary contact and location information to facilitate service delivery.
- With Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by Moroccan law or in response to valid legal processes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

6. Location Data
Location data is central to the Wajed service. We collect precise location information when:
- You make a service request (to dispatch the nearest technician).
- A technician is en route (to provide real-time tracking).
- You browse available services (to show relevant options).
You can disable location services through your device settings, but this will limit the functionality of the App. We do not track your location when you are not actively using the App.
Location data is retained for the duration of active service requests and deleted within 30 days of service completion.
